Hutchinson Builders are progressing well with the construction of the townhouses, all are now framed and with the roof on. External cladding is on 8 of the townhouses and the painters are painting the upper floors so that the scaffolds can be removed. The plasters are busily plastering the first 4 internals of the townhouses and the cabinet makers are finishing the cabinetry off site in rediness for installation shortly. All is progressing well.
Sept 15
Working through a few final issues with council to do with the Op Works approval but otherwise progressing well. Interesting article about going green and the costs involved. Click here for more info.
July 20
Operational Works and Building Approval are being finalised with the required presales now secured. Construction is due to commence mid September with completion June 2011.
May 31
With another strong week of sales, we have now sold 15 of the 18 townhouses within Amarco. In addition to this, we have great news for all our investors, as we have secured NRAS approval over the development for all our investors who wish to take it up. It pushes the returns on the development from around 5% up to over 8%. In two years, these townhouses will be cashflow positive. Please note we have 3 townhouses remaining, so feel free to give us a call to secure one of the remaining Amarco townhouses. They are priced at $318,000 to $321,000.
May 18
Strong progress to date with 8 townhosues sold and 4 on hold. Amarco is pushing forward and getting great feedback on the environmental credentials of the development. Construction finance is being finalised and construction start dates are moving forward.
